Heavenly Father,
I come to You in a moment of great heaviness, seeking Your divine clarity and peace. You know the weight I carry, having stepped away from my home with my children to find safety and calm. You see the deep desire in my heart to return, to heal what is broken, and to see my family whole again.

Dealing with forgiving myself for sin I committed. I've brought it before God and repented but I'm struggling with forgiving myself.
A supposed friend contends with me because I won't do what he wants me to do. He always tries to control me & other people he knows. He complained about morning texts I send to family & friends to bless them. He doesn't encourage me, he tries to make me feel small & insignificant. Its wrong & it hurts. He says he always has good counsel. Please pray the Lord will be my Shield & protect me from his constant verbal attacks & that the Lord will deal with him about this.
Healing for awkwardness in me and in my relationships
Please pray I am able to walk to the local park and back; for my bones to strengthen; my itchiness to be relieved; no pain; I can ride better as a passenger in the car on long trips; for better hearing.
I request prayer please that good people avoid closeness or becoming near to bad people to lessen the susceptibility that they may have to be influenced by them from their lies. They should also know how to distinguish and first identify that something is a lie that someone has said. This would work to lessen their gullibility which I think would make things a lot more peaceful and hopefully law abiding in all areas of the world. Please pray with me that people may realize these things
