Please pray. Administration is not satisfied with the way I do anything in the classroom, so they have been micromanaging me. They think that Leap scores will be low because of me, but the scores were low before I came. They don’t understand that scores are low because the kids don’t do their work or pay attention. This is causing me extreme anxiety. It seems like I am the only teacher they are unsatisfied with.
