My estranged sister and the opposition has already subpoenaed two witnesses but Mom and I can't afford to let this go to trial because if it does we'll both be relentlessly cross-examined and we can't let that happen! Mediation is the preferred option for us especially me since I have autism and someone of my caliber doesn't deserve to be put through trial!
