Please hold a dear woman of God, Hadassah, in prayer for assurance that God gives us the desires of our hearts. Hadassah is busy holding down a full time job in addition to caring for her father who is being treated for cancer, and her two brothers as a result of losing her mother to leukemia. As she gets older and due to her family committments, it has becomes more difficult to meet a partner for a family and "life" of her own.

I am a widow of almost two years. I am really struggling. My Michael died of rare liver cancer after a two- and half-year struggle. I lost my best friend, my comforter, my protector, and my husband. The joy light bulb has dimmed for me.
I isolate myself, I need friends, people I know, to do things. I attend a Bible study and teach at children's church. I attend church, mostly.
I am financially doing poor.

Lord I pray for Melinda the wife of a friend, and they have kids. She had four strokes within a few days. Right now, she's in the hospital pending another rehab placement. She worsened at the first rehab and was sent back to the hospital. Please pray Melinda gets placed in the best rehab for stroke recovery and for her husband and kids for strength and salvation for the whole family.
