Good morning.. today my apartment complex is supposed to let me know if they'll renew my lease. I've been renting from them the past 5 years but with my mom. However shes asked to be removed and I'm taking over the lease. The income portion of it all is fine but I'm so nervous and scared because I'm currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and not sure if they've run a background check.
