Pray my Son gets a new job soon, he has bills, we worked so hard to help him in life, pray he gets motivation and not depressed.. my husband and I are trusting God, not sure why these trials are here?

I have fallen away from the Lord. I am rebellious and I know it. It feels like there is a stronghold i can't break. I want to go back to the peace, joy and love i once felt in the Lord. Yes, I am saved, many tears ago but I guess I've backslid as it's called. I feel so much rebellion inside of me. I have a prayer request before God and it hasn't been answered (as I want) so far and I guess I'm angry. I seem to be all about what God will do for me not what I will do for Him.
