Please pray for my over all health. I am very active and exercise and try to eat healthy everyday but I don’t get good sleep. Every night I wake up randomly. I start to worry and feel like my blood pressure is going up and I just pray for overall healing in my body whether it is high blood pressure, anxiety/fear or pre-menopause symptoms that I am healed. I just want to get 6-7 hours of sleep without waking up. I pray that Jesus reveals to me if I do have a health concern what it is. Thank you
