This about fixed dental implants.Had screws put in for 5 dental fixed dental implants in December.In June had them uncovered they said 1 implant fell out but they could still do the implant fixed with 4.Well just now another screw came out leaving 3.Have to call and make an appointment tomorrow.Very upsetting.Fearfull Dreading all of this.Want a good outcome.Thank you
