Deliverance from severe insomnia. Going through difficult time taking care of parents in 90s. Mom with moderate dementia with mood disturbance and disabled father. Very trying and stressful. Awake all night long tossing and turning. Prayers, music, white noise, meditation, and melatonin not working. This will be a long term commitment, need healing sleep to deal with them.
