We have been trying to sell a life draining property for a little over 2 years. The first buyer defaulted, we are now almost at the signing of a new contract with a new buyer and in the last hour they have been trying to ask for a price reduction. I cannot afford to reduce the price, I’ve already lowered it $100,000 and I’m at a negative please pray that they will accept the purchase price that we can close on this property and we can lean into resting in God and being released from this property
