I have been trying to get very close to God, I want to serve Him and I want be able to understand the scriptures so I can apply them to my life. I have been crying out to Him for these things and it seems like nothing is happening. There for awhile I could feel His presence and I felt closer to Him than I do now. I am having some really strong spiritual warfare and need some help with prayers on these things.

Dear Heavenly Father, I feel as though I have lost my touch and I’ve been slacking on your word and slacking on making you and your word a priority because of the things around me that I’ve allowed to distract me.
