My husband has brain cancer as well as personality disorders and steroid induced psychoses. He is threatening and aggressive. I don't want to call the police but there seems to be no other outlet. Custody of children is a fact of life for which states have normalized and apply a general rule without assessing mental, emotional, physical, & spiritual development of children. Courts are not invested on long-term affect to a child. Often times children are force to return to the abusers every other week.

My 15 year old nephew is going through a separation of his parents. He is struggling right now. His father hasn't been as present as in the past. They are going on a trip together this week.
