I’m frustrated with my son. A recent hs grad, he’s been accepted into colleges but he didn’t have the grades to get merit scholarships. He was hoping for a basketball scholarship but didn’t get any offers. While his fall plans are uncertain, I’m frustrated because he’s testing boundaries. I’m struggling and am completely burnt out from years of doing the majority of parenting while his father was living a double life. I fear my son won’t be independent. I NEED God to intervene. Please pray for our son to have safe travels as he drives to Calgary on Monday. The wind and rain have been very bad. Help us to not worry about him but trust that God will keep him safe. Also that he won’t be worried himself and that his hip pain will be manageable while he is away.

I have been hospitalized for the last two days and continuing. I had surgery two days ago for pelvic congestion syndrome. Two days later, I was admitted into the ER for appendicitis. I had immediate surgery.
I have not been recovering well. The pain has not ceased. My fever comes and goes. Pray my body overcomes the infection. Pray my fever comes down. Pray for healing in Jesus name.
