I was apprenticing in trauma and wound-care ministry under a leader whose feedback was sometimes impatient, curt, and hurtful, which made me anxious and overwhelmed. When I shared my feelings later, it wasn’t received well, and some responses hurt even more. We had a close relationship, so this has left me feeling broken and deeply hurt. We had a conversation and a debrief but I noticed her behavior & someone else's has changed towards me. Please pray for me
