I’ve been struggling with insomnia, loss of appetite and anxiety. My doctor thinks it is due to my thyroid medication and lowered my dose. Would you please pray that my body calms down soon? I need my life back.

I seek prayer as I've been distracted and unmotivated, spending too much time on my phone and not enough with God. I know this is a trick of the enemy, and I need help resisting these distractions.
