I have tried three times to fast, each time just a tiny bit longer but still wound up falling short my third try, due to my appetite, it’s still in control and I found that I seem to be very very weak in holding fast to staying away from the temptations that come after the latter part of the day fasting when hunger came then thirst then temptation to giving into giving up the fast telling myself I will try harder next time. I have a real problem I found please pray for me I need God’s help.

She is an extreme over thinker & has really come along way with how she deals with others, but struggles with anxiety when in a relationship as she has been hurt often and fears the worst.
