My father's will stated explicitly that my sister and I were to share equally in all his estate. We sold the farm 4 weeks ago
But my sister is wilfully withholding my share of the proceeds from the sale of the farm I have retained an attorney to begin legal action against her. I pray that God will move on and soften her heart to do the right thing so that further legal action will not be necessary and that I will be able to recover my share of the inheritance because it will be all I will have
