I need guidance on what to do. I'm 67 going to be 68 in April. I take care of my 89 year old mom. She lives with me. Mentally, she needs some help. She is very difficult to reason with & very demanding. I've been trying but I'm at a point where I can't do it anymore. Emotionally, I'm so drained. I can't focus anymore. All my time when I'm not working is spending it with her. She has too much control over me. I feel guilty if I do anything for myself. I only have a brother & his wife who she does
