I’m having trouble at work regarding safety violations. Our company has a heavy handed safety policy and gives minimal training. I may face a 5 day suspension and then termination after that if I get another infraction. This makes myself and my coworkers vulnerable. Too many long term staff are facing suspensions and firings.
As Scripture says we are all thankful for our jobs but I feel myself and my colleagues need God to protect our jobs and keep us safe.
